Before Your Appointment
Most grooming sessions take between 45 minutes and 2 hours depending on coat condition, size, temperament, and requested service. Our workflow is designed to keep the experience calm, efficient, and comfortable for your dog without unnecessary delays.
Yes. A $25 deposit and signed intake agreement are required to confirm your appointment. Once both are completed, your reservation is officially approved and you will receive your appointment details and preparation information.

For most grooming services, coat lengths are completed using professional clipper lengths designed to maintain consistency, comfort, and coat manageability. Longer or more customized finishes may require additional hand scissoring depending on coat type, condition, and requested style.
